Developer commit to repair public access roads after residents protest

Road involved JALAN PERSIARAN CYBERSOUTH UTAMA and JALAN PERSIARAN CYBERSOUTH 1

Phase 1 Start 10 Jan 2023 complete 09 Feb 2023 (30 days) 

Rehabilitation works from the main entrance to the round-a-bout and, the rectification of potholes and unevenness along the stretch from the UiTM junction to the Club House junction. 

Phase 2 Start 10 Feb 2023 complete 09 Mar 2023 (27 days)

Milling and paving to be carried out from the round-a-bout to the UiTM junction on the ingress stretch.

Phase 3 Start 10 Mar 2023 complete 31 Mar 2023 (21 days)

Milling and paving to be carried out from the UiTM junction to the Club House junction.

Questions...

Why public access road still under developer maintenance and not handover to local council after vacant possession (4 residential & 1 commercial)? Public safety issue arise due to unfit condition, no proper maintenance, overuse of road design specification.

Why residents vehicle still sharing same traffic route with construction heavy machinery after VP?

This connected public infrastructure is cost sharing among us at 5% of SPA built by developer and manage by IWK under Malaysia building laws. It's should be certified fit to operate and signoff acceptance.
